New year celebations at yercaud.... we had a wonderful time and went to all the siteseeing places there including suicide points and a few temples and a botanical garden. Did also boating and ended up playing with water............

one a day, but two

well you might be wondering wat im talking about wat im talking but but before you think wats it is let me tell.I guess i dint latch my door before i went to sleep Early morning my alarm rang at five and i switched it off and kep at 7 30. wondering as to why i kept alarm at five?? well i wanted to jog and do some exercise which i dint. so i slept back and about 5 10 a stranger came inside my room and with a torch was searching for something in mr room. im a very light sleeper so i noticed it immediately. i shouted "Hello, wat are you doin?". Immediately that guy replied " nothin sir, just newspaper" and immediately before i cud get up he locked me inside and ran away. I turned on the lights and started banging my room door. early morning no one was awake so cudnt hear anything so i had to call my friend and asked him to open my door. God, i was freaked.GOd LORd, he dint take anything. went and reported it to the security which
ofcourse wont even make any difference. Anyway later in the evening went and reported it to
the Dean of Students Affair and the Registrar hoping that some actions will be taken...
Phew, a ghastly experience..
Finally after long delay semmester results were out and i had scraped through by getting 80%.
Had to wait till the crowds cleared. It was damn crowded and all of us were very agog to know
our marks. Thanks to God..
Later usual stuff, had dinner and then went and spoke to a couple of fellows regarding the
morning incident and tomorrow will be going along, with those fellows who lost their phone
and wallet, to Registrar's office to report again.

Christmas

Merry Christmas all.... hmmmm had planned to go to the famous Chola built Iravateeshwar temple but ended up getting late. Anyway good, i took rest and watched a movie called Wedding Crashers starring Vince, Owen Wilson and Rachael McAdams.... Rachael is truly sensational, I have seen her earlier in Mean Girls and in that she plays Regina George and again in the movie "TheNotebook" which is an awesome movie(very romantic movie).

So coming back to my xmas, went to Thanjavur which is a small city 20 min from my college. Went to Brihadeeshwar temple which is nicknamed as Big Temple. It was damn crowded so dint go inside the main shrine. Surprisingly there lots of Foreigners. Finally this city is getting attention. So many things have changed since my last visit. Later went to fruit stall and got Oranges and Grapes. Have to get these cos my mess food is not all that great.



Later had dinner in punjabi Dhaba, a latest food spot opened by my college peer. Had nice food and came back to the hostel. Had gone with m friends so had a blast.
